2009 – Current // Contemporary Worship Director // St. John’s United Methodist Church

Introduced organization into the weekend experiences, using tools such as Planning Center Online and Basecamp to better schedule volunteers and keep track of tasks.
In process of introducing brand new flash-based website, a drastic change from the terribly outdated old website.
Effectively learned FOH Audio Mixing in my first month, and have been doing it since.
Started and lead a creative programming team of eight volunteers. Goal is to constantly be coming up with fresh, and relevant ways to connect culture to the Gospel.
Introduced video playback and modern character generation (ProPresenter) into the weekend experiences.
Helped create and plan the 2010 budget for a brand new ministry, under very strict guidelines.
